My Name is Roja Huchez.
I’m married to my beautiful wife Patricia, and we are lucky to have an awesome 4 year old little girl who we live with in our own home in Toronto, Canada. Aside from living life, I enjoy ‘wasting’ time playing a few vidz now and then, and I love movies. I ranked 8th in the world at Quake2 all rail instagib back in college. 
I’ve been working for a decade in the animation and VFX industries here in Canada, the US and New Zealand starting in 1999 after graduating from Sheridan College. I started out doing traditional posing and layout for kids cartoons, and also some traditional animation. Adobe Flash became an animation medium which was cheap and easy from a production standpoint, so that fell into my lap for two years which helped my wife and I buy a home. Eventually we left that home and went down to Wellington New Zealand to work at Weta Digital on projects such as James Cameron’s Avatar, The Water Horse, Prince Caspian and Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer among a few other films.
Here I’d like to showcase a few models sculpted in this software. I’d also like to soon showcase some traditionally sculpted artwork soon as I’ve started getting my hands dirty. This site will be a constant progression of work. Come back and look for updates and thanks for visiting!
